Interesting Fact: Dr. Whelan was the chief resident in the last two years of the program. Dr. Whelan is someone who is devoted to his family as well as devoted to the belief that through an urgent care program anchored primarily by emergency room trained physicians, we can not only lower the cost of health care but increase it quality for all our patients.
